Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external carrier delays.


Domestic & International Shipping

 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you experience an issue, contact us at undividedattire@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Undivided is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us immediately at undividedattire@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Undivided! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments (if applicable) are non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact us at undividedattire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the return window, subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, email us at undividedattire@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at undividedattire@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
